Direct mail is one of the last vehicles for manufacturers to communicate with their customers. Traditional direct mail (printed offset with addresses printed inkjet) are being sent in large quantities. The yield and ROI is typically measured in per thousand. 5, 10, 20 per thousand is considered average on a direct mail campaign. Higher results can be achieved based on the quality of the offer, the timing and obviously the quality of the list.
